Basic Fit

As a first step, they ask a few straightforward questions about your professional background and work experience.

1st Psychometric (CCAT + PI)

CCAT / PI tests your IQ, speed, aptitude and English language skills.

The CCAT has 50 questions to be completed in 15 minutes. The PI has 50 questions to be completed in 12 minutes.

To pass this step you have to score a minimum of 75% score on the CCAT and a minimum of 50% on the PI.

If you fail this step, you will be disqualified straight away for 6 months.

English Language

They will have you record yourself answering some basic interview questions so they can judge your written and spoken English.

Personality Test

They will give you a multiple choice personality test, mainly to see if you are psychotic or not, most of the answers should be pretty obvious (Do you act violently when disagreeing with someone else's opinon?)

Technical Skills Free Response

Depending on the position you are applying for you will have to do some sort of technical project.

Face 2 Face Interview

This will be 1 of a possible 2 face to face interviews (over skype) that you will do with a hiring manager where they will go over the project you completed and give you feedback.

2nd Proctored CCAT

If everything goes well, you will make it to the 2nd CCAT, this one is going to be proctored. This means that you will need to Sign-in to Zoom on your laptop, as well as you phone.

The phone camera will be pointing towards your hands to make sure that you aren't cheating, and someone will be watching you during the entire test.

unlimited Practice

After your purchase you may take the test as many times as you want, each re-take of the exam generates 50 new questions / answers allowing for unlimited attempts from a pool of (5,000+ questions). it is EXACTLY the same as the CROSSOVER for WORK exam. The test is provided by CRITERIA CORP. and The Predictive Index.

Unlike some other “Crossover for Work” test prep websites, we don’t just provide videos of us taking the tests. We actually have the REAL tests.

If I had not made this purchase, I could not have passed Crossover’s Cognitive Aptitude Test. Honestly, Crossover’s Cognitive Aptitude Test is too difficult to pass. It’s not the questions which make the test difficult to pass; rather it’s the expectation to finish 50 questions in 15 minutes with minimum 75 percent marks. Thank you guys for your help. All the questions I encountered in Crossover’s Psychometric test were from your practice tests and I had the answers on my tips. Hence, I could finish the test within 12 minutes. Wish me luck for next rounds -Will
